Your situation

Keep the children’s needs
at the centre of the plan.

“We cannot agree on the parenting schedule.”

Work through daily routines, holidays and responsibilities with a practical view of your family’s circumstances.

“Contact with my child has broken down.”

Review the existing arrangements, professional reports and available steps toward addressing the contact dispute.

“One of us wants to move abroad.”

Assess the current orders, residence, proposed move and the questions that arise across countries.

How we help

From daily routines
to decisions across borders.

Custody and parenting time

Parenting arrangements, schedules, holidays and disputes about existing orders.

Parental responsibility

Questions involving schooling, medical decisions and the practical division of responsibilities.

Contact and parental alienation

Advice and representation in disrupted contact matters, with careful attention to court orders and professional assessments.

Relocation and urgent matters

Proposed moves, travel disputes, jurisdiction questions and time-sensitive applications when appropriate.

Israel and beyond

A move is more than a travel plan.

When a proposed move involves another country, we review the existing legal position and the practical arrangements for the child and both parents. Where wrongful removal or retention is a concern, we assess whether Hague Convention proceedings may be relevant.

Your Strategic Case Assessment

How your legal
consultation works.

A structured, focused consultation to understand your situation, assess the legal issues and identify practical next steps.

  1. Prepare your essentials

Gather relevant court filings, agreements and correspondence. Write down your key questions, objectives and desired outcomes.

  2. Review your situation

Discuss the facts and relevant documents so the attorney can evaluate your circumstances and understand what matters most to you.

  3. Understand your options

Receive individualized legal guidance, including analysis of relevant jurisdiction, custody, financial or procedural issues.

  4. Agree the next steps

Discuss whether representation is appropriate. If there is mutual suitability, the firm provides a proposed scope and fee proposal.

60 minutes

Your Strategic Case Assessment lasts 60 minutes. Arrive or log in about five minutes before your appointment.

A confidential conversation

Your information is handled confidentially, in accordance with applicable attorney-client privilege and professional duties.

Documents in advance

You may share relevant documents before the meeting. Ask the firm for the appropriate way to send them when arranging your appointment.

Before you get in touch

Questions worth asking.

Can you review an existing parenting order?

Yes. Bring the order, any later agreements and a clear account of what has changed or is not working. We assess the options in your circumstances.

What if contact with my child has stopped?

Tell us about the existing orders, the last contact, any professional reports and upcoming hearings. The available steps depend on the facts and procedural position.

What should I do before planning relocation?

Have the existing arrangements and proposed move reviewed before making commitments. We assess consent, orders, jurisdiction and the practical parenting plan.

Is every relocation dispute a Hague Convention case?

No. Relocation and international child-return proceedings raise different questions. We assess the circumstances and explain which procedure may be relevant.

Can my consultation take place fully online?

Yes. Your 60-minute Strategic Case Assessment and follow-up consultations can take place entirely by video call. Wherever you are, we can review your situation, discuss relevant documents and explain your next steps without an office visit.

Can you handle my Israeli legal matter while I am abroad?

We coordinate online consultations, document exchange, filings and case updates so you can work with an attorney in Israel from abroad. Where permitted, we also arrange remote identity verification, affidavit signing and participation in hearings or government procedures. Notarial, consular and apostille requirements depend on the document, your location and the receiving authority. We explain what can be done remotely, request the appropriate permissions and tell you when originals or attendance in person are required. Video meetings and direct updates keep you informed about the next steps and deadlines throughout the matter.

How are your legal fees calculated?

Indicative hourly rate: ₪800–₪1,400

Depending on the nature, complexity and scope of the matter, we may propose hourly billing or a fixed fee for an agreed service. We consider an appropriate fee arrangement for each case. This range is an indication, not a quote or commitment; the scope, fees, applicable VAT and any additional expenses are clarified and agreed before engagement.

Where can I learn about the representation process?
