Before you get in touch

Questions worth asking.

Does living abroad mean an Israeli case cannot affect me?

Do not assume so. The relevant facts, proceedings and connection to Israel need individual review.

Can you coordinate with my lawyer abroad?

Where appropriate, we can coordinate the Israeli side with counsel in the other jurisdiction, subject to the agreed scope of representation.

What should I bring to the assessment?

Bring the court papers, existing orders, key dates, relevant correspondence and a clear outline of the family and financial circumstances.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. Consultation and document coordination can begin online. We explain any attendance, original-document or authentication requirements for your matter.

Can my consultation take place fully online?

Yes. Your 60-minute Strategic Case Assessment and follow-up consultations can take place entirely by video call. Wherever you are, we can review your situation, discuss relevant documents and explain your next steps without an office visit.

Can you handle my Israeli legal matter while I am abroad?

We coordinate online consultations, document exchange, filings and case updates so you can work with an attorney in Israel from abroad. Where permitted, we also arrange remote identity verification, affidavit signing and participation in hearings or government procedures. Notarial, consular and apostille requirements depend on the document, your location and the receiving authority. We explain what can be done remotely, request the appropriate permissions and tell you when originals or attendance in person are required. Video meetings and direct updates keep you informed about the next steps and deadlines throughout the matter.

How are your legal fees calculated?

Indicative hourly rate: ₪800–₪1,400

Depending on the nature, complexity and scope of the matter, we may propose hourly billing or a fixed fee for an agreed service. We consider an appropriate fee arrangement for each case. This range is an indication, not a quote or commitment; the scope, fees, applicable VAT and any additional expenses are clarified and agreed before engagement.

Where can I learn about the representation process?
