Your situation

A pressing concern.
A clear first assessment.

“My child may leave Israel without agreement.”

Share the proposed travel date, existing orders and what has been agreed about travel and return.

“Parenting arrangements have changed suddenly.”

Have the existing arrangements and recent events reviewed to understand whether an interim application may be appropriate.

“An order is preventing travel.”

Bring the order and details of the planned trip so the grounds, deadlines and possible response can be assessed.

How we help

Focused preparation.
For time-sensitive proceedings.

Travel concerns

Assessment of possible applications concerning a child’s departure from Israel and relevant travel restrictions.

Interim parenting arrangements

Review of temporary measures relating to children while the wider family dispute is addressed.

Responding to existing orders

Review of the terms of an order and the appropriate procedure for responding or requesting a change.

Evidence and court preparation

Organizing the timeline, relevant documents and supporting information for the proposed application.

Strategy before action

Know what needs attention now.

Urgency does not make every application appropriate. We examine the facts, existing orders and timing, explain the available options and identify the documents needed. The court decides whether to grant relief; no outcome is guaranteed.

Before you get in touch

Questions worth asking.

What if a child’s departure is imminent?

Call or WhatsApp the firm directly and state the proposed travel date. Share any existing orders or agreements. Sending an inquiry alone does not stop travel or extend a deadline.

Can you guarantee an order will be granted?

No. The appropriate application and its prospects depend on the facts, evidence and legal requirements. The court decides whether to grant relief.

What documents should I prepare?

Existing court orders, parenting agreements, travel details, relevant correspondence and a brief timeline of events. Include any upcoming hearing or filing deadline.

Can you review an existing travel restriction?

Yes. We can review the order and the circumstances to assess the appropriate response or application. Any variation or cancellation requires the relevant procedure and decision.

Can my consultation take place fully online?

Yes. Your 60-minute Strategic Case Assessment and follow-up consultations can take place entirely by video call. Wherever you are, we can review your situation, discuss relevant documents and explain your next steps without an office visit.

Can you handle my Israeli legal matter while I am abroad?

We coordinate online consultations, document exchange, filings and case updates so you can work with an attorney in Israel from abroad. Where permitted, we also arrange remote identity verification, affidavit signing and participation in hearings or government procedures. Notarial, consular and apostille requirements depend on the document, your location and the receiving authority. We explain what can be done remotely, request the appropriate permissions and tell you when originals or attendance in person are required. Video meetings and direct updates keep you informed about the next steps and deadlines throughout the matter.

How are your legal fees calculated?

Indicative hourly rate: ₪800–₪1,400

Depending on the nature, complexity and scope of the matter, we may propose hourly billing or a fixed fee for an agreed service. We consider an appropriate fee arrangement for each case. This range is an indication, not a quote or commitment; the scope, fees, applicable VAT and any additional expenses are clarified and agreed before engagement.
