Before you get in touch

Questions worth asking.

Can you help my foreign spouse or partner apply for status?

We can review your circumstances and assist with the relevant application, supporting documents and communications. The appropriate process depends on your relationship and individual facts.

What if my application has been refused?

Send the decision and the date it was received, and identify any deadline stated in it. We will assess the available response and relevant procedure. An inquiry does not extend any deadline.

What documents should I prepare?

Your current visa or permit, relevant identity and relationship documents, previous applications and decisions, correspondence and a short timeline. Ask the firm how to share sensitive documents securely.

Can you guarantee a visa or residency approval?

No. We provide advice and representation based on your circumstances. The authority or court makes the decision.

Can my consultation take place fully online?

Yes. Your 60-minute Strategic Case Assessment and follow-up consultations can take place entirely by video call. Wherever you are, we can review your situation, discuss relevant documents and explain your next steps without an office visit.

Can you handle my Israeli legal matter while I am abroad?

We coordinate online consultations, document exchange, filings and case updates so you can work with an attorney in Israel from abroad. Where permitted, we also arrange remote identity verification, affidavit signing and participation in hearings or government procedures. Notarial, consular and apostille requirements depend on the document, your location and the receiving authority. We explain what can be done remotely, request the appropriate permissions and tell you when originals or attendance in person are required. Video meetings and direct updates keep you informed about the next steps and deadlines throughout the matter.

How are your legal fees calculated?

Indicative hourly rate: ₪800–₪1,400

Depending on the nature, complexity and scope of the matter, we may propose hourly billing or a fixed fee for an agreed service. We consider an appropriate fee arrangement for each case. This range is an indication, not a quote or commitment; the scope, fees, applicable VAT and any additional expenses are clarified and agreed before engagement.

Where can I learn about the representation process?
