You should understand what happens next, what we need from you and how decisions are made. Here is the path from your first inquiry to working with the firm.
A structured approach, with space for your circumstances.
Start with three short questions and your contact details. Include any approaching hearing, travel date or other deadline so the firm can understand the timing.
Gather relevant documents, write down your questions and consider what you want to achieve. We confirm the appointment arrangements; please join approximately five minutes early.
We review your situation and provide individualized legal analysis. Depending on the matter, this may cover jurisdiction, children, financial issues or procedural exposure, and the available next steps.
If representation is appropriate and there is mutual suitability, we provide a fee proposal. A written engagement agreement sets out the work included, fees and payment arrangements before representation begins.
Within the agreed scope, we prepare documents, communicate with the relevant parties and handle negotiations, applications or proceedings. We explain the decisions that require your instructions.
You receive updates about material developments, decisions and deadlines. At the conclusion of the agreed work, we explain the outcome and any further steps that may be needed.
Court papers, agreements, correspondence and other relevant records. Ask the firm how to send documents securely before the meeting.
Write down the points you want clarified, including any uncertainty about children, assets, residence or proceedings.
Think about your main concerns and desired outcomes. This helps focus the legal analysis on what matters to you.
Confidentiality: Consultation information is treated as strictly confidential, subject to applicable professional duties and legal rules.
Consultations can take place fully online. We coordinate documents, signatures and case updates remotely, and assess which court or agency steps can be handled virtually.
For affidavits, notarization and authentication, we explain the route suitable for the document and receiving authority. Some steps require specific identification, approval or physical attendance; we clarify this in advance.

Depending on the matter and lawyer involved, hourly rates generally range from ₪800–₪1,400. A fixed fee may be available for a defined scope. The proposal depends on complexity, urgency and the work required. This range is indicative, not a quote; applicable VAT, expenses and payment terms are clarified in the engagement agreement.
An inquiry does not create representation. The assessment helps clarify the legal issues and whether the firm is suitable for your matter. Representation begins when the firm accepts the engagement and the agreed arrangements are completed.
If new issues or proceedings require work outside the agreed scope, we discuss the additional work and proposed fees with you before proceeding.
State the deadline clearly when contacting the firm and provide the relevant document. Submitting an inquiry does not extend a deadline or confirm that the firm can act in time.
