Before you get in touch

Questions worth asking.

Can you help if I live abroad?

Yes. We can begin with an online consultation and coordinate documents and the Israeli process. Original documents or specific authentication may still be required.

Do you need to see an existing will?

Yes. Share information about the available will, prior documents, the relevant assets and any proceedings when arranging the assessment.

Is every estate handled through the same process?

No. The documents, family circumstances and existence of a will affect the appropriate route. We assess the required steps individually.

Can you help with a disputed inheritance?

We can review the disagreement, documents and procedural deadlines and discuss whether representation is appropriate.

Can my consultation take place fully online?

Yes. Your 60-minute Strategic Case Assessment and follow-up consultations can take place entirely by video call. Wherever you are, we can review your situation, discuss relevant documents and explain your next steps without an office visit.

Can you handle my Israeli legal matter while I am abroad?

We coordinate online consultations, document exchange, filings and case updates so you can work with an attorney in Israel from abroad. Where permitted, we also arrange remote identity verification, affidavit signing and participation in hearings or government procedures. Notarial, consular and apostille requirements depend on the document, your location and the receiving authority. We explain what can be done remotely, request the appropriate permissions and tell you when originals or attendance in person are required. Video meetings and direct updates keep you informed about the next steps and deadlines throughout the matter.

How are your legal fees calculated?

Indicative hourly rate: ₪800–₪1,400

Depending on the nature, complexity and scope of the matter, we may propose hourly billing or a fixed fee for an agreed service. We consider an appropriate fee arrangement for each case. This range is an indication, not a quote or commitment; the scope, fees, applicable VAT and any additional expenses are clarified and agreed before engagement.

Where can I learn about the representation process?

Visit How representation works, or ask the firm about the proposed scope, fees and next steps during your consultation.
