Salior Ben Hamou Israeli Lawyer

Terms of Service: Your Family & Immigration Law Resource

When dealing with Family Law or Immigration Status in a foreign country, the stakes couldn’t be higher. This specialized section of our website is designed to provide clarity for expats, Olim, and international families. Use of these resources is subject to the following professional standards.

Scope of Information: Family Law in Israel

The Israeli family law system is unique, involving both Civil Family Courts and Religious Courts (Rabbinical, Sharia, etc.). The content on this site regarding divorce, child custody, and the Hague Convention is intended to provide a high-level overview. Because “Jurisdiction Races” (the “Mirotz Samchuyot”) are common in Israel, the information here should not be used to delay seeking immediate legal counsel.

Scope of Information: Immigration & Aliyah

Navigating the Ministry of Interior (Misrad Hapnim) requires more than just paperwork; it requires an understanding of internal regulations that are not always public. Our content regarding Aliyah, “Professional Visas,” and “Humanitarian Applications” is intended to help you understand the framework, but it does not guarantee a specific result from the Ministry.

Consultation Policy

To provide the high level of service our clients expect, we offer detailed legal consultations.

  • A consultation does not constitute a full representation agreement.
  • During the consultation, Attorney Salior Ben Hamou will evaluate the merits of your case and provide a preliminary strategy.
  • Confidentiality is maintained from the very first minute of our meeting.

The “Peace of Mind” Commitment

Our goal is to translate the “Legalese” of the Israeli system into clear, actionable English or Spanish. We aim to provide a “Peace of Mind” service where the client understands every step of their journey, from the initial filing to the final judgment.

International & Remote Services

For clients currently outside of Israel (e.g., those involved in Hague Convention cases or Aliyah appeals), we offer remote consultations via Zoom or WhatsApp. Please note that certain legal actions in Israel require an original Power of Attorney (PoA) notarized or apostilled in your current country of residence.

Take the Next Step Toward Resolution

The Israeli legal system is a labyrinth, but you don’t have to walk it alone. With over 15 years of experience in the District Courts, Salior Law Office is your advocate and guide.
